2011 Appreciation Day Activities

It was a beautiful day in the backyard on Saturday, October 1, and there was plenty of activity. Visitors could pick from watching crafters work their magic on wood and baskets, to making butter, candles, Civil War dolls, and playing games. Meanwhile music was playing, punctuated by the boom of a replica Civil War rifle. Fingers were flying in the Tavern as the quilters deftly did their piece work.
